Adam Charlson

Adam Charlson is currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at CareerSpring since November 2021. Prior to this role, Adam held the position of Managing Partner and Head of Growth and AI Practice Leader at FOCUS Search Partners, a Vaco Company. With a background in executive search consulting, Adam has a wealth of experience in the technology industry, having successfully led Charlson Partners before its acquisition by FOCUS Search Partners. Throughout their career, Adam has also held key positions at other renowned organizations such as Korn/Ferry International and Spencer Stuart. Adam holds a BA in Political Science from Ohio University.
