Danila Rizo Palmieri

Danila Rizo Palmieri is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in supporting US-based operations for global companies through the founding of Connect Solutions. Since its establishment in 2013, Connect Solutions has specialized in workforce planning, hiring, retention, and local labor law intelligence. Danila currently holds multiple roles, including Principal at Strategic Business Alliance, member of the Atlanta Advisory Board at CareerSpring, and member of Vistage Worldwide, Inc. With a strong focus on leadership and development, Danila serves as the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Committee Chair at Claim Your Potential and a lead facilitator at Shockingly Different Leadership. Danila previously held strategic positions at WMB Partners and Panorama, and contributed to the World Trade Center Atlanta as Vice President Program and Board Member. An accomplished academic, Danila completed several executive education programs at Wharton, Cambridge, and Emory, culminating in an MBA from FGV in Human Resources Management.
