Ginny Chiesa

Ginny Chiesa has worked in a variety of roles in the past 15 years. In 2016, they began working for CareFamily.com as Business Implementation Director and Technology Project Management. In this role, they provide program management oversight, conducts strategic planning, and offers thought leadership. Ginny also develops and analyzes business requirements and creates methodological frameworks for implementing new performance metrics. Additionally, they successfully manage partner relationships across all functions of the organization.

Prior to CareFamily.com, Ginny worked for Seniorcorp Inc from 2009 to 2016, where they held roles as Recruitment Director and Special Projects for CEO and Regional Supervisor Manager.

From 2005 to 2009, Ginny worked for Operation Smile as Education Program Coordinator. In this role, they coordinated logistics for domestic and international Craniofacial Conferences, assisted in the brokerage of the relationships between fellow universities, and supervised all details related to domestic and international teams.

Ginny Chiesa has a diverse educational background. Ginny is currently enrolled at Stanford University, where they are studying Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare. Ginny previously obtained a Journalism degree from the College of Charleston in 2004, where they studied Arabic Language and Literature. Additionally, they are certified by the Society of Certified Senior Advisors as a CSA.
