Chintan Desai M.D.

Chintan DeSai MD, FACR has an extensive work experience in the field of radiology. In 2007, they founded Select Radiology and served as the CEO. Chintan also held the role of Chief Medical Officer at Rose Radiology Center from 2007 to 2009. In 2015, Dr. DeSai founded CareFirst Imaging, where they currently serve as the Founder & CEO. Chintan later joined M1 Imaging as the Chief Medical Officer in 2016. In 2020, they took on the role of Chief Medical Officer at RadxAI. Additionally, Dr. DeSai is set to become the President of the Florida Radiological Society in 2022.

Chintan DeSai, MD, FACR has a diverse education history. Chintan obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of South Florida. Chintan then pursued their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) at the University of Miami. Following this, they completed their residency in Radiology at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center, specializing in Diagnostic Radiology with a focus on Neuroradiology. Chintan further enhanced their expertise by completing a Fellowship in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) at Duke University. In 2021, they enrolled in the Owner/President Management Program at Harvard Business School. Chintan has also obtained various certifications, including becoming a Fellow of the American College of Radiology and being board-certified by the American Board of Radiology. Chintan also holds a Certificate in Diagnostic Radiology: Neuroradiology from the American College of Radiology.
