Ashley Haynos

Ashley Haynos is an experienced professional in the field of benefits and human resources consulting, currently serving as a National Accounts Consultant at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield since August 2022. In this role, Ashley manages relationships and ongoing operations for large group National Accounts. Prior to CareFirst, Ashley spent over twelve years at Mercer, progressing from Senior Associate to Principal, where the focus was on providing consulting services to large and jumbo employers, leading various projects, including Request for Proposals and financial analyses. Earlier experience includes a position as a Capital Management Analyst at The Bank of New York Mellon. Ashley holds a B.A. in Economics from Bucknell University, obtained in 2009.
