Cindy Maben

Cindy Maben is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and office administration, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager for CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield since May 2006. In this role, Cindy administers and maintains IWMS software, conducts upgrades and installations, troubleshoots issues, and trains employees while also developing CAD layering standards. Prior to this position, Cindy worked as an Administrator at Bon Secours Health System, where responsibilities included tracking project tasks for ERP software implementation and facilitating communication among teams. Earlier experience includes serving as an Office Manager at Deutsche Bank, managing the Research department's branch office. Cindy holds a Master's of Science in Analytics in Knowledge Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer and Information Sciences from Notre Dame of Maryland University.
