Dorothea Henderson

Dorothea Henderson serves as the Chief Digital Information Officer at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield since October 2021, previously holding the position of Vice President of IT Operations & Cloud Engineering. At Collins Aerospace, from August 2019 to October 2021, Dorothea was Vice President of Business Aviation & Digital Solutions. Earlier, Dorothea worked at Boston Scientific as Vice President of Core Technology Services and at Rockwell Collins as Vice President of Technology Services & Operations, where responsibilities included enterprise-wide technology shared services and oversight of global business systems. Additional experience includes senior roles at ARINC, where Dorothea managed corporate applications and business planning, and Lockheed Martin as a Financial Analyst. Dorothea holds a B.S. in Finance & Accounting from Penn State University.
