Jennifer Howell

Jennifer Howell possesses extensive experience in human resources and sales management. At CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, from August 2009 to February 2014, Jennifer served as Manager of HRIS, HR Operations and Analytics, leading a team to support PeopleSoft 9.2, and also functioned as Senior Human Resources Analyst, managing full lifecycle recruiting and developing metrics for diverse candidate attraction and retention. Prior to this, Jennifer held the position of Branch Sales Manager at Adecco from January 2001 to January 2006, where business accounts and sales teams were managed, achieving significant sales growth. Additionally, Jennifer contributed as Branch Sales Manager at Todays Office Professionals from August 2006 to July 2009, focusing on sales maximization and customer satisfaction. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Notre Dame of Maryland University.
