Patti Spangler

Patti Spangler has extensive experience in IT operations, currently serving as a Technical Staff Member at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield since September 1997, where responsibilities include project management and development for Voice, Network, and SIP projects, with expertise in CTI Contact Routing, Genesys applications, and Nortel/Avaya systems. Prior experience includes a position as Lead Engineer Voice Operations at Alexander & Alexander from October 1988 to May 1997 and as a Telecomm Analyst. Patti Spangler holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Catonsville Community College, obtained between 1983 and 1987.
