Tarik Reyes

Tarik Reyes is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the defense and healthcare sectors. Currently serving on the Member Board of Directors for CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, Tarik also holds the position of President for the Defense Mission and Health Solutions Sector at Peraton, overseeing a multi-billion dollar operation that employs nearly 10,000 individuals. Previously, Tarik was the President of the Civil and Health Sector at Peraton, focusing on mission-specific technology solutions. Additional leadership roles include membership on the Board of Managers for Sandia National Laboratories and the Board of Directors for AFCEA Bethesda. Tarik’s earlier career includes positions at Northrop Grumman Corporation as Vice President, Microsoft Corporation as Services Executive, and various engineering roles. Tarik holds degrees from the University of Maryland, the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, specializing in Market Strategy and Financial Management.
