Wayne L. Rogers

Wayne L. Rogers is the current Director of CareFirst, Inc. Wayne has extensive experience in management consulting and healthcare administration. Prior to joining CareFirst, they served as Senior Consultant for The Robert E. Nolan Company from 1995 to 2009. In this role, they provided management consulting services to healthcare organizations. From 1979 to 1995, Rogers was Vice President of Trigon BCBS. In this role, they oversaw the company's administration and finance functions. Wayne began their career in 1974 as Director of the Bureau of Administration and Finance for the State of Virginia's Water Control Board.

Wayne L. Rogers received a Masters in Public Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Richmond.
