Carefirst Seniors and Community Services Association (Carefirst) is a non-profit charitable organization serving the community since 1976. We provide a full range of community, social and health care services in the Greater Toronto Area including York Region and Mississauga. With a collective effort of over 500 staff members and 1,200 volunteers, Carefirst is now serving over 10,000 clients every year.

The Healthcare Professionals team at Carefirst is dedicated to delivering high-quality medical and nursing care to seniors and community members throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Led by experienced healthcare leaders, including Dr. Sheila Neysmith and Dr. Chi-ming Chow, the team focuses on promoting health, preventing illness, and providing specialized services to enhance the quality of life for over 10,000 clients annually. They work collaboratively to integrate care through the Carefirst Family Health Team, ensuring comprehensive support for the community's diverse health needs.
