Elise England

Elise England is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in administrative support and people management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Coordinator at CareFlight since November 2022, Elise has previously worked as an Administrative Assistant for Student Learning at Pymble Ladies'​ College and as an Office Administrator at Journey Early Learning Group. Notably, during a long tenure at NextSense, formerly the Royal Institute for Deaf and Blind Children, Elise held the position of Coordinator, People and Culture, where responsibilities included end-to-end recruitment, compliance documentation, and policy review. Elise has also worked as a Training Coordinator at National Australia Group, a Promotions Assistant at Anisimoff Legal, and progressed from Sales Assistant to Assistant Manager at Esprit.
