Jessica Doss

Jessica Doss is a seasoned human resources professional with a diverse background in HR roles spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Careforth since June 2022, Jessica previously held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at IQVIA from February to December 2021. Prior experience includes significant roles at Cree, where Jessica progressed from Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator to Human Resources Generalist and finally Human Resources Business Partner from March 2016 to February 2021. Jessica began a career in HR with an internship at Early Childhood Development Associates in 2013-2014. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Applied Psychology from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UCLA, complemented by an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Orange Coast College.
