Natasha Sidhu

Natasha Sidhu is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Manager - Human Resources Business Partner at Northwest Healthcare Properties REIT since November 2022, Natasha manages the employee life cycle and provides both operational and strategic support for the ANZ region. Prior roles include Director of People Operations at Digital14, and various HR positions at Rolls-Royce from May 2012 to August 2020, where responsibilities spanned multiple countries in the Middle East. Additional experience includes HR roles at Force 10 Group, Australian Securities Exchange, and Defence Housing Authority. Natasha holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources & Employee Relations from the University of New South Wales.
