Rich Reynolds is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at Carefree of Colorado, Rich oversees a team focused on developing innovative RV awning products. Prior to this, Rich held the position of Vice President of Engineering at Head Rush Technologies, where product innovation catered to the adventure recreation market. Rich's tenure at MSA - The Safety Company included roles as Director of Engineering and Global Product Business Director, managing fall protection product groups and leading new product development initiatives. Earlier career experiences encompass engineering management and design roles, with notable achievements including five patents in harness design. Rich began a professional journey at Schlumberger as a Field Engineer after earning a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wyoming.
