Scott Davis

Scott Davis has over 8 years of work experience in various roles related to cybersecurity and engineering. Scott is the current Director of Cybersecurity at Careful Security, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, Scott owned their own consulting firm, Davis Consulting Services, which they founded in February 2021. Scott was also a Full Stack Engineer at Finity, Inc. from May 2021 to February 2023. From 2020 to 2021, Scott worked as a Senior Engineering Manager at Mineral. Before that, Scott held positions as a Security Engineer at Summit Security Group, an Application Security Researcher at Rapid7, and a Developer and Security Team Lead at Webtrends.

Scott Davis has a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Westminster College, which they obtained from 2000 to 2002. Scott also has a Master of Science degree in Computational Geo-Ecology - Earth Sciences from the University of Amsterdam, which they obtained from 2007 to 2008. Additionally, they obtained a CISSP certification from (ISC)² in July 2015. Scott has obtained several other certifications in various fields from LinkedIn between March and May 2023.
