Amat Bittaye is an experienced Software Architect at ARGO since April 2008, providing technical leadership and making critical software design decisions while collaborating with development teams on best practices and software requirements. Previously, Amat served as a Software Development Team Lead and Technical Integrator Specialist, overseeing innovative software developers and acting as a subject matter expert on ARGO Contact Center Solutions and Computer Telephony Integration. Prior experience includes working as a Process Engineering Technician at Texas Instruments from December 2005 to November 2007, focusing on manufacturing process updates to ensure production efficiency and quality. Amat Bittaye holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering, both from The University of Texas at Arlington.
