Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of founding three successful recruitment companies across the UK, New Zealand, and Australia. Additionally, I have established permanent recruitment operations in four corporate recruitment firms in the UK and New Zealand.

At the helm of Carejobz, my mission is to ensure that we continue to enhance healthcare recruitment in Australia and New Zealand by building exceptional teams and contributing to the industry's advancement and quality patient care.

My journey has been driven by a deep passion for connecting talented professionals with organisations that value and nurture their skills.

I take immense pride in training and mentoring many healthcare recruiters who have achieved remarkable success in the global healthcare recruitment industry. Watching them flourish and contribute to our shared mission has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my professional life.

With humility and confidence, I continue striving for long-term success for my clients and the broader healthcare community. I am dedicated to fostering relationships built on trust, respect, and a shared vision for excellence in healthcare.

When I take my work hat off, you’ll find me navigating the wonderful chaos of family life with my husband, two daughters, baby granddaughter, and two French bulldogs, Teddy and Tallulah, who seem to think they’re in charge!

I also enjoy finding balance and peace at meditation and yoga classes – though I’m still working on perfecting my downward dog (my bulldogs seem to have it figured out better than I do).
