Crystal Maisto

Crystal Maisto is a Learning Infrastructure Specialist at Carelon Behavioral Health, responsible for collaborating with Learning & Development associates to assess client business requirements and provide technology consultation for learning solutions since March 2024. Previously, Crystal served as a Training Coordinator at Elevance Health and as a Special Projects Coordinator at Radiall, where compliance with ITAR regulations was a key focus. In a prior role at Community Health Network of Connecticut, Crystal held various positions including Administrative Coordinator for Compliance and Government Affairs, where responsibilities included developing and managing training courses and conducting needs assessments. Crystal also has experience as a Provider Data File Analyst and Project Specialist in Care Management. Crystal earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Albertus Magnus College and has additional education from Mattatuck Community College.
