Duana Cecil is the National Director Quality East Region at Carelon Behavioral Health. Prior to this, Duana worked as a Health Plan Accreditation Specialist at AllyAlign Health and as a Senior Director Quality at Magellan Healthcare. With a background in clinical psychology and management, Duana has extensive experience in quality improvement, managing departmental resources, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements. Duana has also held positions such as Quality Review Specialist at the AZ Dept of Health Services and Program Director at Parc Place. Throughout their career, Duana has shown a strong commitment to enhancing quality standards and executing improvement opportunities.
