Shanon Dugan Vollmer

Shanon Dugan Vollmer is the Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Carelon Behavioral Health since March 2023. Prior to this role, they held similar positions at Beacon Health Options, the New York State Department of Health, and ValueOptions. Shanon has extensive experience in managing national network strategies and solutions, overseeing network contracting functions, and serving as Lead Counsel for commercial products and policy forms. Shanon holds a JD in International Law from Albany Law School and a BA in History from DePauw University.
