Nicki Agcaoili

Nicki Agcaoili is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Chief Country Executive at Carelon Global Solutions Philippines since November 2023, Agcaoili previously held the position of Chief Strategy and Planning Officer at Carelon Global Solutions from September 2022 to October 2023. As a co-founder of CompassionatePH Tech, Inc., Agcaoili focused on leveraging technology for compassionate solutions from January 2017 to September 2022. Additional significant roles include Senior Vice President of Data Solutions at Straive, Executive Director of External Affairs and Investor Relations at the IT & Business Process Association of the Philippines, and several senior positions at SPi Global and Dish Network. Agcaoili's career also includes managerial roles at TeleTech and Convergys, with an educational background in Creative Writing from the University of the Philippines, obtained between 1995 and 1999.
