Tiffany Ransel

Tiffany Ransel, LPC, CAC III, currently serves on the Board of Directors at Conifer Community Nest as a Human Resource Officer and Volunteer Coordinator, while also holding the position of Sr. Director of Client Engagement at Carelon Health since April 2023, where responsibilities include managing client relationships across all business lines. Previously, Tiffany Ransel worked at Elevance Health for several years, initially as Director of Community Transformation and later as Care Consultant Principal, leading teams to implement value-based care strategies. Tiffany Ransel's extensive experience in behavioral health includes roles at Anthem and Beacon Center, with early career positions as Program Director and Therapist. Tiffany Ransel holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Sam Houston State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of North Texas.
