Abby Milloy

Abby Milloy serves as the Staff Vice President and Chief of Staff to the President of Carelon Health since July 2024, bringing extensive experience in value-based healthcare strategy and operational efficiency. Prior roles include Staff VP at Elevance Health and Network Strategy Plan Director at Anthem, Inc., where Abby focused on value-based care initiatives. Abby has also held various positions at Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Best Buy, and The LIVESTRONG Foundation, demonstrating a strong background in strategic planning, network optimization, and healthcare navigation services. Abby Milloy holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health and an MBA from the University of Illinois Chicago, along with a Certificate in Strategic Communication from The University of Texas at Austin and a BA in Latino Health Advocacy from the University of Iowa.
