Eliot Balistreri

Eliot Balistreri is currently the Director of Strategic Partnerships - Payment Integrity at Carelon and serves as the Financial Planning and Analysis Director at Elevance Health. With extensive experience in financial management, Eliot previously held the position of Internal Ops Finance Manager at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas, where responsibilities included managing a budget over $300 million and identifying initiatives yielding nearly $20 million in annual savings. Prior roles include Manager and Senior Consultant at AArete, and Finance Management Associate at Ernst & Young, where Eliot provided financial advisory and developed financial models to enhance profitability. Eliot began a career in accounting with Johnson Controls and holds a BS in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University.
