Jessica Hatrak

Jessica Hatrak is a seasoned professional in business strategy and operations, currently serving as the Director of Business Strategy & Execution at Carelon since March 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Twitter as Global Strategy & Operations, and at iCIMS as Director of Customer Operations. Hatrak's background encompasses strategic management in various organizations, including roles at Guild Education and DaVita Kidney Care. A graduate of Georgetown University with an MBA, and holding undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Government from UCLA and History and Politics from Trinity College Dublin, Hatrak has also worked at PwC and contributed to academic administration at UCLA’s Film and Television Department.
