Randy Sellnow

Randy Sellnow is an experienced leader in process improvement and operational management, currently serving as Process Improvement Director at CarelonRx, IngenioRx, and Elevance Health since July 2022. Previously, Randy held the position of Director of Problem Management at UnitedHealthcare and has extensive experience at UnitedHealth Group as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Director of Contact Center Workforce Planning. Recognized for outstanding results in multiple DMAIC projects and awarded the NICE/IEX National Customer Excellence Award for Operational Effectiveness, Randy has a strong background in contact center management and sales. Education includes a BA in Speech Communication from the University of Minnesota, complemented by experience in building customer interaction centers and leading sales teams across various organizations.
