Rekha Vij

Rekha Vij, MD, serves as the Vice President of Clinical Operations for Post Acute Care Solutions at Carelon since June 2023, overseeing multiple teams of Medical Directors in Utilization Management and ensuring compliance with productivity standards. Prior to Carelon, Rekha Vij held various leadership roles at AIM Specialty Health from January 2014 to August 2023, including Managing Medical Director and Lead Medical Director for Physician Training, where operational excellence was prioritized and outpatient rehabilitation services were successfully launched. Rekha Vij also contributed to the University of Chicago as a Clinical Associate of Medicine and Instructor in the Section of Pulmonary and Critical Care from January 2012 to December 2020, specializing in interstitial lung disease management. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Duke University.
