Dominique Cowan, MSW, is a seasoned professional in social work and healthcare with diverse experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Foster Care Social Services Specialist with the Georgia Division of Family & Children Services since December 2023, Cowan has complemented this role with extensive experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant at CareMaster Medical Services since January 2018.
