Kimberly Anderson, MPH, CHC has extensive work experience in compliance and healthcare. Kimberly currently serves as the Director of Compliance at CareMax, Inc. starting in November 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Compliance Manager at Healthfirst from February 2022 to November 2022. Kimberly also had a long tenure at Healthfirst, where they held various positions including Senior Compliance Analyst from March 2017 to October 2021, and Compliance Analyst from February 2017 to October 2019. Kimberly has previous experience as a Privacy Manager at HealthPlan Services, where they evaluated internal privacy policies and procedures, investigated privacy incidents, and provided recommendations for corrective action from June 2015 to February 2017. In addition, they worked as a Health & Welfare Compliance Specialist at MidAmerica Administrative and Retirement Solutions from April 2013 to June 2015. Earlier in their career, Kimberly served as a Public Policy Intern at WellCare Health Plans and an Interdisciplinary Community Health Scholar at AHEC Gulfcoast North. Kimberly also worked as an FSA Claims Processor at Acclaris, where they analyzed FSA claims and processed medical statements and reimbursements from November 2010 to May 2012. Kimberly's experience also includes a role as a Human Resources Administrative Specialist at DACCO, Inc., where they performed various HR tasks such as applicant screening, payroll reconciliation, and benefits administration from October 2009 to November 2010.

Kimberly Anderson, MPH, CHC completed their education with a Masters of Public Health degree from the University of South Florida during the period of 2011 to 2013, specializing in Health Policies & Programs. Prior to their master's program, they pursued their undergraduate studies in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of South Florida from 2008 to 2010. Earlier in their academic journey, they attended the University of Pittsburgh from 2006 to 2008, where they focused on Management (Human Resources) as an undergraduate.

In addition to their educational background, Kimberly Anderson holds relevant certifications to further enhance their expertise. In June 2020, they obtained the certification of Certified in Healthcare Compliance from the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA). Moreover, in July 2022, they accomplished the Healthfirst Trailblazer ASCENT: Ranger program through Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning.
