Kristi Harris

Kristi Harris has a rich and diverse work experience across various industries. Kristi is currently working as the VP of Quality & Excellence at CareMetx, LLC since 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at Human Care Systems starting from 2021. Kristi also served as the VP of Resilix Implementation and the VP of Treatment Experience Operations at Human Care Systems. Kristi has experience in operations management, training, and leadership roles. Before joining Human Care Systems, Kristi worked as an ICU RN at Banner Health from 2012 to 2016 and at Mayo Clinic from 2011 to 2014. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Elementary School Teacher at both Chandler Unified School District from 2005 to 2008 and Gilbert Public Schools from 2004 to 2005.

Kristi Harris has a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from Northern Arizona University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2006. Kristi also holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Elementary Education and Teaching from the same university, obtained from 2000 to 2004. In addition, they have an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Central Arizona College, obtained from 2008 to 2010. Moreover, they have obtained a certification as a Registered Nurse from the Arizona State Board of Nursing in April 2011.
