Naresh Aggarwal

Naresh Aggarwal has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on patient access services and operations. Naresh is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Patient Access Products at CareMetx, LLC since March 2020. In this role, they oversee a portfolio of tech-enabled products that support patient service solutions and help overcome access and reimbursement barriers.

Prior to their current role, Naresh held various positions at Amgen starting from May 2003. Naresh was the Director of Patient Access Services from November 2018 to March 2020, where they were responsible for ensuring patient access to Amgen's products. Naresh also held the position of Senior Manager in Customer Support Services Transformation from August 2017 to October 2018, and Senior Manager in Access & Reimbursement Operations from July 2015 to July 2017. In the latter role, they managed the Prolia Reimbursement Hub and Copay Program, achieving significant operational improvements and cost savings. Naresh also served as Senior Manager in Medical Information and as a Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager in Information Systems during their tenure at Amgen.

Before joining Amgen, Naresh worked as a Senior Consultant at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young from January 2001 to May 2003. Naresh also gained early development experience as a Manager of Product Development at Siemens Ltd. from July 1987 to May 1998.

Naresh Aggarwal holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Mumbai. Additionally, they have also completed an Executive MBA Program at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
