Kashif Sohail

Kashif Sohail is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Caremiles Inc, a Sustainability-as-a-Service platform launched in June 2021, focused on leveraging Big Data and behavioral analytics to facilitate the implementation of ESG strategies and develop innovative climate solutions, including reforestation initiatives. Additionally, Kashif serves as a Climatebase Fellow since May 2023. Prior to these roles, Kashif accumulated significant experience at Mastercard from June 2010 to May 2021, including positions such as Vice President of Loyalty Solutions and Regional Lead for Global Key Accounts, where data analytics and strategic partnerships were key focuses. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at Barclays Bank Egypt and Barclays Bank, emphasizing consumer banking and marketing. Kashif Sohail holds an MBA in Finance and Financial Management Services from Southeastern University, achieved between 1993 and 1996.
