Chris Lumbatis

Chris Lumbatis has extensive experience in various leadership positions focused on continuous improvement, analytics, and organizational excellence. Chris began their career at GE Appliances in 1996, where they worked as a Consumer Specialist. Chris then moved on to Advanced Services, Inc., a subsidiary of GE Appliances, where they served as an Operations Developer from 1998 to 2000. Chris joined Gateway in 2000 as a Staff Manager before transitioning to Sears, Roebuck and Co. in 2002 as a Business Process Manager. In 2004, they started working at Sykes Enterprises as a Director of Lean 6-Sigma and then became the Director of Six Sigma when the company changed its name to Sykes. Chris joined Sutherland in 2013 and held the role of Director of Organizational Excellence until 2017. Chris then served as the Director of Operations at the Home Office from 2017 to 2018. Currently, Chris is working at Carenet Healthcare Services as the Vice President of Continuous Improvement and Analytics, a position they have held since December 2018.

Chris Lumbatis attended Georgetown College from 1988 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
