Jessica Sambrano has a diverse work experience spanning over 12 years. Jessica started their career at the Texas Youth Commission in 2009 as a JCOIII, where they primarily worked at a residential max security facility, monitoring, observing, and documenting the behaviors of youth. Their duties included transportation of youth to various locations, escorting them to daily activities, recreation, and offender treatments.
In 2011, Jessica joined Alorica as a CIC Dialer Management Specialist, a position they held until 2015. Jessica was responsible for managing the telecommunications systems and optimizing call center operations. From 2015 to 2017, they transitioned to a role as a CIC Telecom Analyst, utilizing their expertise in telecommunications to support the company's communication infrastructure.
In 2017, Jessica joined Carenet Health as a Telecommunications Analyst. In this role, they worked on various telecommunications projects, contributing to the optimization and maintenance of the organization's communication systems. In 2021, they were promoted to the position of Telecommunications Engineer, where they continued to play a key role in managing and enhancing the company's telecommunications infrastructure.
Throughout their career, Jessica has demonstrated their strong technical skills and ability to adapt to different roles within the telecommunications industry.
Jessica Sambrano began pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Northwest Vista College in 2017. Jessica is currently enrolled in this program and is expected to graduate in 2020. In addition to their education, Jessica obtained a certification in PureConnect: Interaction Center Core Engineering from Genesys in January 2021.
