Pallavi Sethi

Pallavi Sethi has a diverse work experience that spans several roles and industries. Pallavi is currently working as a DevOps Engineer at Carenet Health, a position they started in January 2023. Prior to this, they held a similar role at Stericycle from January 2022 to January 2023. At Stericycle, they also served as an Application Support Specialist from November 2018 to January 2022.

Before joining Stericycle, Pallavi worked at Arvato North America as a Technical Support Specialist from July 2018 to November 2018. In this role, they were responsible for troubleshooting, configuration, administration, and set up of network and technology-related incidents. Pallavi also handled customer inquiries, researched and resolved issues related to product, network, and Wi-Fi performance, and managed tickets via Zendesk.

Pallavi's earlier experiences include working as an Associate Recruiter at Artech Information Systems in 2016, and as an SAP Trainee at SAM Info Systems - India from January 2016 to April 2016. As an SAP Trainee, they gained knowledge of SAP-ABAP Software and various transaction codes, queries, data manipulation, and import-export techniques.

Pallavi Sethi completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Punjab Technical University between 2012 and 2016. Pallavi then went on to pursue a Post Graduate Diploma in IT Business Analysis from Conestoga College from 2017 to 2018.

In terms of certifications, Pallavi obtained the Scrum Master Accredited Certification from the International Scrum Institute™ in November 2019. Pallavi later obtained the Certified DevOps Generalist certification from the International DevOps Certification Academy™ in July 2021.

Moving forward, Pallavi obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in February 2022. Pallavi also achieved the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in May 2022. Additionally, Pallavi obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in January 2023.
