Paul Morales

Paul Morales has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Paul started their career as a Desktop Support Technician at Our Lady of the Lake University in 2011, where they served as the Desktop Support Technician Lead until 2015. Following this, they worked as an IT Technician at the South San Independent School District for a brief period in 2015. Morales then joined Transcom Worldwide as a Regional Site IT Technician from 2015 to 2018. After that, they worked at Carenet Health, starting as a Desktop Support Technician in 2018. Paul eventually moved up to the role of Infrastructure Analyst, responsible for the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions. Currently, Paul Morales holds the position of IT Manager, Desktop Services at Carenet Health, where they manage the day-to-day operations and performance of the IT teams.

Paul Morales attended Our Lady of the Lake University from 2011 to 2015. Paul obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance.
