Robin Hamel

As chief people officer, Robin provides the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure Carenet continues to grow as a people–first organization. This critically important role leads our organization’s commitment to world–class talent and human capital management. Robin joined Carenet in July 2020, bringing more than 30 years of experience managing human resources organizations across multiple industries, including energy, technology and professional services. Before Carenet, she was executive vice president of human resources and finance at MTVP Power Corporation, a high–tech clean energy company. Robin earned a bachelor’s degree in human resource management from Baker College in Flint, Michigan, and she holds numerous professional certifications.
