Sean Daniel D. began their work experience in 2015 as an IT Support Intern for The Louis Berger Group - Philippines Provincial Road Management Facility. In 2016, they joined Genesys | Interactive Intelligence as a Systems Engineer. The following year, they transitioned to Genesys and worked as an Associate System Engineer until 2019 when they were promoted to System Engineer. In 2020, Sean joined Carenet Health as a Telecommunications Analyst and later became the Lead Telecommunications Analyst.

Sean Daniel D. completed their primary and secondary education at Gideon Academy from 1997 to 2011. After that, they attended Mapúa University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology with a specialization in Advanced Internet Protocol Networking, specifically Cisco Networking.

In addition to their formal education, Sean Daniel D. has obtained several certifications. In August 2016, they achieved the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA Routing and Switching) certification from Cisco. Subsequently, they obtained multiple certifications from Genesys, including ICCS - Interaction Center Core Specialist in January 2023, ICHD - Interaction Center Handler Developer in November 2022, IDCE - Interaction Dialer Certified Engineer in November 2022, and ICCE - Interaction Center Certified Engineer in October 2022. Most recently, in May and June 2023, they obtained several certifications related to Genesys Cloud CX, including Genesys Cloud CX: Architect Certification, Genesys Cloud CX: Outbound Certification, Genesys Cloud CX: Professional Certification, Genesys Cloud CX: Developer Certification, Genesys Cloud CX: Quality Management Certification, Genesys Cloud CX: Scripting Certification, and Genesys Cloud CX: Workforce Management Certification.
