Shawna Knight

Director of Client Operations at Carenet Health

Shawna Knight has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and customer service industries. Shawna started their career at Centralized Showing Service in 1998, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative and later advanced to roles such as Call Center Team Leader and Call Center Help Desk. Shawna then served as a Call Center Supervisor before becoming a Call Center Branch Manager-Director. In 2007, Shawna was promoted to Regional Director and later became the National Operations Director in 2009. After leaving Centralized Showing Service in 2013, Shawna joined Carenet Health in 2014 as a Senior Client Relationship Manager. Shawna was eventually promoted to Sr. Manager Client Operations in 2021, and they currently hold the position of Director of Client Operations.

Shawna Knight attended The University of Texas at Arlington from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Music Technology.
