Nitin Awte

Nitin Awte is the founder and CEO of CareOff Inc. Nitin has over fifteen years of experience in the technology industry, with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.

Prior to founding CareOff, Nitin was the Director of Talent Acquisition at Dragonfly Data Factory. Nitin also held a position as Recruitment Strategist at Synacor.

Nitin's experience in the technology industry has allowed him to build a strong foundation for CareOff. Nitin is passionate about helping others find jobs and connecting them with the right opportunities.

Nitin Awte earned their master's degree in physics from the University of Rhode Island and their bachelor's degree from the University of Mumbai.
