Aimee Weber

Aimee Weber currently serves as the Director of Social Services at CareOne, a position held since March 2021. Prior to this role, Aimee was the Director of Social Services at Willow Creek Rehab and Care Center (Genesis) from January 2016 to March 2021 and held the role of Case Manager at Willow Creek Rehab and Care Center (Revera Inc) from December 2010 to January 2016. Aimee began a career in social work as a Social Worker at JFK Health from October 2001 to December 2010 and also worked as a Social Worker at South Nassau Communities Hospital from June 1999 to August 2001. Aimee holds a Bachelor's degree in Family and Community Services from the University of Delaware and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Stony Brook University.
