Amy Dowd

Amy Dowd serves as the Chief Operating Officer at CareOregon since 2019 and has been a member of the Board of Directors for Children's Institute since October 2022. Previously, Amy held the position of Operations Executive at Molina Healthcare from 2016 to 2019 and was the CEO of BeWell, New Mexico's Health Insurance Marketplace from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, Amy was the Founding Executive Director and CEO of Your Health Idaho from 2013 to 2014 and worked as a Healthcare Management Consultant at EY from 2011 to 2013. Earlier in their career, Amy was the Director of Operations at Excellus BCBS from 2003 to 2010. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry.
