Andrew Hibbard PharmD, BCACP is an experienced clinical pharmacist and co-owner of A to Z Pharmacy Consultants since August 2016, specializing in 340B programs, pharmacy contracting, and healthcare policy analysis. Additionally, since March 2018, Andrew has served as Executive Vice President of Business Development at Beacon Pharmacy Solutions Incorporated, focusing on integrating pharmacy services within physician practices in the Pacific Northwest. Andrew's extensive background includes roles at CareOregon as an Ambulatory Care Clinical Coordinator and previous pharmacy residency experiences. Earlier career positions include pharmacist at RITE AID and pharmacy intern at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.
