Anasuya Dindral, MBA - HCM, has extensive experience in health care and community outreach. Currently serving as a Transitional Care Outreach Specialist at CareOregon since May 2017, Anasuya focuses on connecting high-utilizing behavioral health patients to community resources to minimize emergency department visits. Prior roles include serving as a Hospital Behavioral Health Outreach Worker at Legacy Emanuel Hospital and as a Benefits & Entitlements Specialist at Central City Concern, where Anasuya assisted individuals in securing Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income benefits. Anasuya’s educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Management from Western Governors University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Portland State University.
