Kayleen van Duzer

Kayleen Van Duzer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in administrative support and community impact roles. Currently serving as the Sr. Community Impact and Events Specialist at CareOregon since April 2019, Kayleen has previously held multiple positions at Cambia Health Solutions, providing executive support to Vice Presidents in Finance and Internal Audit. Additionally, Kayleen is the President of CASTLES AND BEARS INCORPORATED, focusing on early childhood development and tuition assistance for local centers. Previous experience includes serving as an Executive Assistant at RVK, Inc. and FamilyCare Health Plans. Kayleen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Art History from Portland State University, earned between 2010 and 2013.
