Kristy Eisenhardt

Kristy Eisenhardt, PMP, serves as a Senior Planning and Operations Specialist at CareOregon since August 2023, where responsibilities include managing external partnerships with 18 clinics to implement value-based care for Medicare populations and collaborating with internal teams for data and training support. Previously, Kristy held the role of Product Operations Manager at Red Canary from July 2022 to January 2023, leading cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment on product launches, as well as providing coaching on solution development. Prior experience at Wireless Advocates spanned multiple roles, including Product Operations Manager, where project management and process improvements were key focuses, and Financial Operations Lead, emphasizing performance metrics and workflow enhancement. Additionally, Kristy directed community service initiatives as the Director of Kitsap Youth in Action with AmeriCorps from 2011 to 2015. Kristy is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Women's, Gender and Sexuality Studies at Central Washington University, following an Associate of Arts in Sociology from Clark College.
