Mae Pfeil

Director, Regional Operations—columbia Pacific CCO at CareOregon

Mae Pfeil has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Mae has worked at CareOregon as the Director of Clinical Integration and High Risk Programs Manager. Mae also worked as the Give2Get Program Manager. Previously, they were the Group Programs Manager at Friends of the Children. Mae has extensive experience at Camp Fire Columbia, where they served as the Program Director. In this role, they were responsible for managing various programs, initiating partnerships, and overseeing staff. Mae also worked as a Social Worker at the London Borough of Havering and as a Wilderness Therapist at Catherine Freer Wilderness Therapy Programs. Mae has also worked as a Youth Advocate and Program Coordinator at the Sexual Minority Youth Resource Center and as a Counselor at Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare. Mae has additional work experiences in Youth Development.

Mae Pfeil completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst between 1999 and 2003. Following that, they pursued a Masters in Social Work with a focus on Community Based Practice at Portland State University from 2006 to 2008.
