Matthew Hatch

Matthew Hatch, MS, is a seasoned professional in health care administration and operations management, currently serving as the Planning and Operations Manager at CareOregon since September 2021 and previously as a Senior Planning and Operations Specialist. Concurrently, Matthew holds the position of Chair at the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors & Therapists since July 2020. Prior experience includes a decade at Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare, where responsibilities encompassed oversight of the Money Management department and Project Management Office as the Business Systems and Quality Improvement Manager. Matthew’s educational background includes a Master of Science in Health Care Administration/Management from Oregon Health & Science University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Western Washington University, complemented by an Associate of Arts from Whatcom Community College.
